We offer products, features, and tools powered by artificial intelligence, machine learning, and similar technologies ("AI Products"). AI Products are provided through third-party AI service providers including AWS AI, Anthropic, Google Cloud AI, Microsoft Azure AI, and OpenAI. Your input, output, and personal information will be shared with and processed by these providers solely to enable your use of our AI Products. You must not use the AI Products in any way that violates the terms of any AI service provider.
7.How long do we keep your information?
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. When we no longer have an ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will delete or anonymize it.

We have implemented appropriate organizational and technical safeguards to protect your personal information, including encryption in transit, role-based access control, single-tenant VPC deployment options, and SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA, and GDPR-aligned controls. However, no electronic transmission or storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
